Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
- We offer Free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, postal service delays, or other factors outside our control.

- Other Regions: Delivery takes 7-10 business days depending on location.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that, once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer., so make sure to track your package to ensure its safe arrival.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an issue with your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the items or address. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
