We strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request.
Return Window: We currently accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or preference — each item is made to order, just for you.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Accessories: Caps
Item Condition: To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
Return Refusals: Returns will be declined if items appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered—unless received in a defective condition.
Defective Products: If your order arrives with a clear issue — such as a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong item — we absolutely want to make it right. In such cases, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and details of the issue, and our support team will assist you in processing a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help — especially when something’s not quite right.
Return Charges & Refunds
Return Fee: A flat ₹50 reverse shipment fee will be deducted per approved return request, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Refund Method: Approved refunds may be processed either as store credit (Vulgartees Gift Card) or returned to the original payment method, based on the customer’s preference.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Window: We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. Each item in our store is made to order, meaning it is specially printed just for you once your purchase is placed. For this reason, we kindly ask that you double-check our size guide and product details before ordering, to ensure the perfect fit.
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, but to maintain the efficiency of our operations and avoid waste, we’re unable to process exchanges for incorrect size selections or change-of-mind requests.
Please note that exchanges are not applicable to discounted or promotional purchases unless the item received is defective.

Packaging Guidelines: Items must be repackaged as they were originally delivered for a successful return or exchange.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once it’s out for shipping, the order can no longer be canceled.

We refund items with manufacturing defects but not issues caused by improper use or care.

What’s Not Covered?
❌ Damage from improper washing or care
❌ Normal wear and tear from use
❌ Any alterations after purchase
❌ Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
❌ Fabric breakdown from harsh chemicals or environmental factors.
Governing Law
This Return & Exchange Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
