Yes, we try to display product images as accurately as possible. Minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Shipping & Tracking
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We ship orders through reliable third-party courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details may be delayed or returned. Please double-check your address before placing the order.
If your order is delayed, please allow a little extra time. If the delay persists, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
If your order is marked as undelivered due to incorrect address details, repeated delivery attempts, or unavailability, it may be returned to us. Once we receive it back, we’ll contact you to arrange a re-delivery or process a refund as per our policy.
Payment Mode
We accept prepaid payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations.
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for select locations and will appear as an option at checkout.
Yes, all online payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.
You can also safely and easily pay via PayPal during checkout. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal.
COD may be unavailable due to your location, order value, or previous delivery issues.
Currently, EMI or pay-later options are not available.
If your payment fails, please try placing the order again using a different payment method. If the amount was deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within the standard banking timeline.
No, there are no hidden charges. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Returns & Refunds
We currently accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or preference — each item is made to order, just for you
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Accessories: Caps
Item Condition: To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear unboxing videos and photos via our App or Website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.
Return Refusals: Returns will be declined if items appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered—unless received in a defective condition.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed either as store credit to your Vulgartees Gift Card, or returned to your original payment method, based on your preference.
If you’ve received a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ve got your back.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@vulgartees.co or via Contact us page within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include:
- Your Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or problem
Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we’ll provide you with the return instructions. After we receive the item back and inspect it, we’ll ship out a replacement at no extra cost — or issue a refund if that’s more suitable.
We take quality seriously, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.
Approval Timeline: Your request will be processed only after approval from our Customer Experience Team, which typically takes up to 48 hours from the time you submit your request.
Reverse Pickup: Once your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled upon confirmation from our Customer Experience Team.
Packaging Guidelines: Please repack the items as they were originally delivered to ensure a successful return or exchange.
Refund Method: Refunds for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method.

We currently do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. Each item in our store is made to order, meaning it is specially printed just for you once your purchase is placed. For this reason, we kindly ask that you double-check our size guide and product details before ordering, to ensure the perfect fit.
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, but to maintain the efficiency of our operations and avoid waste, we’re unable to process exchanges for incorrect size selections or change-of-mind requests.
However, if your order arrives with a clear issue — such as a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong item — we absolutely want to make it right. In such cases, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and details of the issue, and our support team will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.

Once the returned item passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you.

Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page with your order details
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If your order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our refund timelines.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method.
