We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including:

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

UPI & Mobile Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Net Banking (All major banks supported)

At checkout, simply choose your preferred payment option and complete your purchase securely.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All our products are proudly manufactured in India, using premium-quality fabrics and bold printing techniques. We work closely with trusted local partners to ensure every piece meets our standards of comfort, durability, and attitude.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes, we use SSL encryption to ensure that your personal information is protected. We take privacy and security very seriously.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-7 business days in metro cities and 7-10 business days in other regions.

Important Notice: Delivery times may be affected by factors such as your shipping location, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERED?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and it is returned to us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COSTS?

We offer Free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can track it using the confirmation email sent to you. Alternatively, log in to your account, go to the ‘Orders’ section, and click ‘Track Order’ next to your Order ID.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team with your order details, and we'll assist you promptly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We currently accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or preference — each item is made to order, just for you

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories: Caps

Item Condition: To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear unboxing videos and photos via our App or Website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.

Return Refusals: Returns will be declined if items appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered—unless received in a defective condition.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed either as store credit to your Vulgartees Gift Card, which will be delivered via email, or returned to your original payment method, based on your preference.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We currently do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. Each item in our store is made to order, meaning it is specially printed just for you once your purchase is placed. For this reason, we kindly ask that you double-check our size guide and product details before ordering, to ensure the perfect fit.

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, but to maintain the efficiency of our operations and avoid waste, we’re unable to process exchanges for incorrect size selections or change-of-mind requests.

However, if your order arrives with a clear issue — such as a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong item — we absolutely want to make it right. In such cases, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and details of the issue, and our support team will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help — especially when something’s not quite right.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you’ve received a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ve got your back.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@vulgartees.co or via Contact us page within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include:

  1. Your Order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the defect or problem

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we’ll provide you with the return instructions. After we receive the item back and inspect it, we’ll ship out a replacement at no extra cost — or issue a refund if that’s more suitable.

We take quality seriously, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Approval Timeline: Your request will be processed only after approval from our Customer Experience Team, which typically takes up to 48 hours from the time you submit your request.

Reverse Pickup: Once your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled upon confirmation from our Customer Experience Team.

Packaging Guidelines: Please repack the items as they were originally delivered to ensure a successful return or exchange.

Refund Method: Refunds for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations can only be made before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once it’s out for shipping, the order can no longer be canceled.

HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT SIZE?

Every product page has a size chart — check it carefully before placing your order. Still unsure? Go one size up if you like it loose, or DM us and we’ll help you pick.

ARE THE COLORS EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

We try to keep product photos accurate, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. Basically, it’ll still look fly.

DO YOUR TEES SHRINK AFTER WASHING?

Our tees are pre-shrunk and made with high-quality cotton, but a slight shrinkage (3–5%) is normal after the first wash. always follow the care instructions for best results.

WHAT FABRIC DO YOU USE FOR YOUR TEES & CAPS?

We use 100% premium airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for our tees, offering maximum comfort, breathability, and durability. our tees come in 280 gsm for a substantial, premium feel. For caps, we use a comfortable and sturdy poly-cotton blend, perfect for everyday wear. both are designed to be soft on your skin and hard on style.
